Mathis Notary Services provides secure and convenient Remote Online Notary (RON) services, allowing clients to have documents notarized from anywhere using a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access. Through a state-approved online platform, signers can meet with a commissioned notary by live audio-video conference, verify their identity, electronically sign documents, and receive a legally notarized document without the need for an in person appointment.
Remote online notarization is ideal for real estate documents, affidavits, powers of attorney, business agreements, parental consent forms, and many other documents permitted by state law. Our remote services offer flexibility, efficiency, and enhanced security while maintaining compliance with all applicable state notary regulations.
